100 years of tennis, community and summer traditions !

The Dorval Tennis Club was established in 1925, when 20 dedicated players created a Tennis & Recreation Club on Brunet Street. As time passed, interest to join the club increased & the facilities were moved from the Elm Ridge Golf Club to its current location.

The 6 Har-Tru clay courts were built & the official opening of the Dorval Tennis Club occurred in 1969. With the game of tennis becoming increasingly popular, 2 more courts were added throughout the years for a total of 8.

Today, the club operates as a non-profit organization. In collaboration with the City of Dorval, the Executive Committee, elected annually at the AGM, is responsible for managing the club’s day-to-day operations. With exciting plans ahead, the club looks forward to further enhancing the member experience in the next few years.
